About Us

Just Us Socializing (JUS) is a non-profit organization founded in 2015 by Dr. Dianne McAdams-Jones. We aim to:

1. Facilitate difficult conversations on race and the intersectionality there-of.
2. Develop educational programs that may enhance understanding of social conflict
3. Provide methods and strategies which may promote ease in the discussion of social conflict
4. Provide strategies to assist with managing implicit and explicit biases
5. Facilitate conversations on race and bias with and education of law enforcement
